Shipping Policy:

Shipping is available to valid US addresses, including Alaska/Hawaii, and APO/FPO. These options are available in the shipping address fields upon checkout.

In most instances, standard shipping is made via FedEx Ground or FedEx SmartPost, but may include other methods depending on order size, contents, and destination. Orders may be shipped to a single delivery address, and shipping fees include the entire contents of the order.

Most orders placed before noon EST will be shipped the same or following business day (Monday through Friday) and should arrive within 5-7 business days. Some recipients may experience delays as our carriers enter peak shipping seasons, generally close to the Christmas and Easter holidays.

For the available classes of shipping, expect the following transit times: FedEx Ground: 3-5 business days; FedEx-2 Day: 2 business days, UPS Ground: 3-5 business days; UPS 2nd Day Air: 2 business days; UPS Next Day Air: 1 business day.

Once shipped, customers will receive a shipping confirmation message with tracking number(s). The shipping service can provide additional information the status of any package. Note: it may take 24 hours after shipping for a package to appear in the shipping service tracking system.

Free Shipping & Promotional Offers

Occasionally we may offer free shipping or other promotions for retail web customers. All published offers are valid on full-price traditional retail purchases only. Some offers may be combined where permitted.

Wedding, event, bulk, and other pre-discounted orders are not eligible for free shipping or other promotions.

Tax Information

All products offered for sale are food products and thus not subject to sales tax.
